We went to a major NC Healthcare company in 2010 and showed them why they needed a customer service app. Our initial strategy set them on a course that they are still working toward today.

This app was the first effort. Yes, we knew that we needed an digital health care care and a “find a doctor” feature. But it was also important to get out there with an initial offering to help begin learning about what customers need.
